The Why

In The West many people have become familiar with aspects of Hinduism such as yoga, mantras, pranayama, and Ayurveda. But most non-Indians don’t have access to Hindu rituals and ceremonies, which are an integral part of the ancient tradition of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism).

I have received incredible transformation, strength, and balance through these practices, and those who have attended my ceremonies say the same. I have a deep love for performing the rituals of my ancestors, and I am here to respond to the calling within my soul to serve others through these rites.

My Story

From a very young age I began having supernatural experiences - namely the ability to perceive unseen beings. Along with my abilities I also gained a lot of knowledge and experience growing up with magic and mysticism in my heritage. My grandparents from Bangladesh practiced traditional folk medicine and magic, and they involved me in learning and practicing their wisdom. The women on my mother's side had knowledge of Cajun folk magic from Southern Louisiana, some of which trickled down to me. Despite all of the incredible wisdom I was exposed to, my experiences with the unseen were interpreted by my elders as something to be feared. They protected me with charms and amulets, and explained all my encounters as something negative. So I learned to be fearful and spent many years resisting my abilities.

As I grew up, I couldn’t help but to want to learn more about my experiences as they kept happening. This led to years of delving into and practicing the esoteric and metaphysical knowledge of many ancient and contemporary wisdom traditions, and through these efforts I was able to discover the answers to my questions and find clarity and understanding. The explanations I discovered in these traditions of the unseen made the most sense to me because they aligned with my personal experiences.

I was also amazed to find the many similarities in the different ancient wisdom traditions. The information is surprisingly congruent despite arising in different locations and in different times.

Today my life and practice are influenced by the wisdom I imbibed from many traditions. Taoism, Druidism, Kemetism, Animism and Shamanism in its many forms, Theosophy, and Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) are my primary influences. I’ve found that as I embodied these teachings and practices, I became harmonized with the other realms and beings I can perceive. This is why I practice, because as a clairvoyant I’ve found that the practices work, and they work in a natural and holistic way. Ritual and ceremonial practice work with the subtle dimension of existence, the psyche, from and through which we can affect change and transformation in the material realm effectively.

Later in my journey life brought me into the embrace of my spiritual master, Mata Amritanandamayi, known as the Hugging Saint, who initiated me into one of the Tantric lineages within Sanatana Dharma. My connection to this tradition runs deep, with ties in this lifetime through my Bengali ancestry, as well as past life connections. I highly advocate the return to ancestral and native wisdom traditions, and I honor my ancestors by embodying their way of life.

Since my initiation my practice has deepened and I have been privileged to learn and develop many ancient rituals and ceremonies from Hinduism and have received tremendous healing, growth, transformation, and balance through them. I am honored to share this wisdom and practice. This is my calling.

Note: I am not an official Hindu priest. I am a Hindu mystic and practitioner. Although I am initiated in a tantric lineage and my personal practices are tantric, the ceremonies I perform are known as bhakti ceremonies, meaning ceremonies from the heart. As a mystic I do not adhere to dogma - my ways are about love, connection to Nature, Spirit, and Mystery.

How it Works

How it works

How do these rituals work?

Ritual and ceremony are powerful tools designed to help us tap into the psyche and the subtle realms to achieve spiritual and material progress. If you’re like me and have the ability to perceive more subtle realities, you will easily sense the power and presence invoked during ceremony.

My master has described ritual and ceremony this way: just like air, God/Spirit/Source is present everywhere and always, and we can tap into it at any time naturally. When we perform rituals it’s like turning on a fan - we really get to feel and experience the presence of the air in a deeper and more profound way.

Hindu ceremonies are very effective for those who find it difficult to meditate. They engage and purify all five senses, letting the mind and thoughts naturally calm, allowing one to easily slip into pure presence.
